How To Redirect Bookmark Traffic?

Im noticing that on a bunch of my sites i have quite a bit of repeat bookmarked traffic and because of this, my sales to traffic ratios are actually dropping, do any of you folks know of a good way to redirect bookmarked traffic to another of my sites?

For example, if i have bookmarked traffic hitting an uncut cock TGP, how would i go about redirecting those surfers hitting the site via bookmarks to an uncut cock blog that actually has more/different ads on it to maximize my ad view potentials?
