Good way to recruit gay porn site reviewers

Folks -

I'm in need of a bit of advice. We're in need of hiring some volunteer reviewers to help out on GayGeek. Unfortunately, I'm at a bit of a loss on how to find them. In the past we've posted a message on GayGeek, but that hasn't helped much in the past year. During that time we've asked our current reviewers for suggestions, and a few have recruited friends. But we've reached the end of that rope.

I have been posting messages on Craigslist with some success, but my messages keep getting deleted as spam.

Any suggestions? How do the other review websites recruit reviewers?

What are you offering? Cash? Free memberships?

Oh, sorry, I should have said. It's a volunteer position so there's no cash involved. But I give my reviewers as many assignments as they want, so there's never a shortage of porn. And I always try to match reviewers up with sites that meet their likes and dislikes (ie; bears, twinks, bareback, whatever).

Obviously some assignments will be to sites that are high-quality while others are for sucky sites (not to mention the individual tastes therein) -- that's the nature of a review site -- but since we can't keep up with the number of sites we want to review we are able to concentrate on ones that we are hopeful will be fairly good.
