Just saw a guy advertising custom toons on GFY ... 15-20 bucks I think per toon. Just drop him an email and ask.

He isn't cheap but will keep you in the loop every step of the way and delivered my stuff on time as promised.
i used mike from s2odesigns.com for mine. excellent work delivered when it was supposed to be, and made changes so i got exactly what i wanted.
