Where To Find Licensable Pics Like This?

Im trying to find a bunch of different images of men and women to use in a 'testimonial' section on some non-adult sites and im wanting to include some pictures of these 'people' to use, pics that look like they were taken and sent in by the person who the testimonial is supposed to be from, like the ones attached.

Does anyone know of a source of photos where i can find these types of testimonial pics, just regular looking people, nothing professional, nothing fancy, just basically 'self pics'?
