i have a question about counting traffic

when i submit a free site to somewhere like greenguy as well as a lot of other places is there a way to know how much traffic each of them is sending me so that i can see which ones i should be concentraiting on keep sending my sites to i have been using my host logs once a week at the moment but it is becoming a lot of work to see which sites are sending me regular traffics and i was hoping that one of you would be able to give me a better way of checking what sites are sending what traffic
