Where would you go to buy videos online? Go there and sign up. Even amazon has an affiliate program.

Inch per inch of advertising space, you will always make less money from physical fullfillment (sex toys, pills, mailed dvds, and the like- anything shipped physically thru the mail) than from paysite memberships.
You wont necessarily believe me now, but after you do the tests, you will.
So, it depends wether you have free advertising spaces to fill up with lesser performing sponsors.
If you have free space, it's not impossible you will get the odd extra sale.
