How To Create Geo Targetted Ads?

Im looking at the possibility of adding some geo targetted ads to a new affiliate program im currently working on and was wondering how easy/difficult this was to get setup and working?

Do any of you folks know anything about the coding/programming of such promo tools or know anyone that can handle this aspect of the affiliate program for me?

you need geotargeting setup on your server first, then you follow the geotargeting script's instructions. We use maxmind, they have free and paid versions, and all instructions for using the script are on their site (it differs depending on what you are coding in and what you are trying to accomplish)
