Emerging Niche Markets Right Now?

I was wondering what niche markets you folks thought were picking up steam right now on either the gay or straight side of the business?

It seems there has been a real push in the past few months for mobile sites as well as those 'ex girlfriend/boyfriend' type sites.

On our own stuff, we've actually seen quite a dramatic increase in traffic hitting our rimming sites, both free and pay, as well as our rimming blog so im thinking this could be one of the next niches to actually take off on the gay side of things.

What about you folks, are you seeing any positive trending for certain niches or markets right now in the industry?
