I Dont Get Why People 'Recycle' Others Staff?

I know a few years back we had a discussion about a certain group of companies passing around one or two employees to each other like a used cum rag, but even still, it appears to be happening.

A person 'quits' or gets 'replaced' from one company, then a few days or weeks later that person is working for someone else, a few weeks later, they have another job, a few weeks after that, yet another new employer.

What is it with companies in the porn business recycling other companies staff like they are a used up cum rag, surely if someone has had more jobs in the last year, than how old they are, that tells you they cant hold down a job or, worse yet, are not good at what they puport to be.
