2257 Questions + Identifying A Model....

How is it possible to identify a model in a photo or video shoot using 2257 IDs if you dont actually get to see the models face at all?

For example, on a foot fetish site, where the primary focus should be feet sneakers, socks and shoes, whats the deal with providing 2257 info for this type of niche content where the models face isnt actually displayed in the content at all?

Likewise, for guys in face masks, how is it possible to identify whether or not the model being used, is the one who's ID a program owner has on file?
