Because the individuals simply do not have any bad habits to break them of or, because they always seem to be more enthusiastic about working in 'porn'?
Personally i think both are fantastic reasons to hire out of industry and so far, i gotta say, the past 3 guys we've hired all do a lot better than people we've hired in the industry before.
