Yes straight guy sites do still generate revenue however, it is slowly dwindling, over the past 3 years i have seen a trend of increased sales to our straight guy site, http://www.heteroguys.com and the last 2 years from its peak im noticing a slow but steady decline in newer sales every month but, other niches are picking up.
I think its just another industry trend where a niche has become 'worn out' and surfers have seen the concept so many times, it has become old hat to them and they are looking for different niches to fill their need for straight guy content.
