Why Physical DVD Store Has The Most Comprehensive List Of Titles?

Both new and older titles?

Preferably titles that are available to be licensed from places like XXXContentDirect, WWC, etc etc...

Im working on a couple of new projects and id like to be able to 'link' a DVD title to an actual store where the surfer can decide whether they want to buy the actual movie title after having seen it inside a members area.

Anyone have any suggestions on which store or stores would be the best option to trial run this idea on?
