like when an animated banner goes through the first cycle and reloads is it reloading everything over again and again each time or not i have a friend trying to tell me that if i use an animation on a banner for my site it will make me use up more of my bandwidths because of the animation on the banner :(
No, the banner only loads once, the size of the file, just like static banners.
