Cost Is Directly Related To What You Ask For...

For example, last week i asked a designer for a 'logo' for a pretty basic website and was quoted a price of $175.

This week i asked for a banner for the same website and was quoted a price of $35.

Now what i didnt tell this designer was the banner, which was static, was actually going to become the 'logo' for the site i asked about earlier in the week $0.02

So there you have it, be careful what you are asking for if you know how much work is involved, using a single word can actually end up costing you a lot more money for the same amount of work :D

you are totally right, I have ordered tgp templates in the past to use as paysite designs because the tgp template was only $40 and the exact same paysite design was $200.

thanks for the info i will just as for big banners for my new design then and see if i can get it cheaper :D

Interesting. Logo vs. banner. There really isn't much difference when you think about it. If the banner is done right anyway.
