So Did Anybody Else Go Into A Turkey Coma Yesterday?

I dont know why but it seems every year at ThanksGiving i end up going in to a turkey coma for about 4 hours after i eat and this year i really didnt eat much, maybe 2 slices of turkey and some veggies.

I guess it didnt help that i felt sick for most of yesterday but still, there needs to be some kind of medical warning on turkey packaging saying you shouldnt operate machinery, drive, etc, after consuming.

It's the amino acid in the turkey meat that makes your sleep. The amino acid is called L-tryptophan. Even though scientist have assumed this is the cause oif the sleepy feeling you get after eating, it hasnt been confirmed.
