I need a webmaster with solid technical skills, better than average design skills, experience with video editing is a huge plus.
More than this; we still operate like a start up. Which means - you need to be self directed, self sufficient, able to work with a staff that is pretty much around the world. You gotta be able to get your work done without being reminded, you need to anticipate what is coming up next, you need to be PRO - ACTIVE.
This is a great job for someone who likes a lot of freedom, and has the maturity and temperament to handle it. Its a bad job if you really need a lot of direction and hand-holding. Be honest with yourself about this.... cuz if you need a lot of direction, you will get really frustrated and then you'll quit or get fired.
