$250 sounds like a steal. I sold a related name a while back for quite a bit more. If someone gets this for $250 they're getting a bargain I'd say.

Yeah, it is a hard time of year. Every year I say "not this year" but every year it takes me until about February to get back on track. LOL. (But not this year!) :santa:
