Just a quickie:
Good news. As most of you are aware, I have been undergoing chemotherapy for lung cancer since September. I have 6 sessions scheduled and have completed four. I had my 3rd CT Scan last Thursday to monitor the tumors. Just found out today that no tumors can be seen and I am cancer free. :luke: Just wanted to share this great news with all of you.

4 of 6 knocked it out!!!! What a tough ol' bird!
In 1994 I had Hodgkins from exposure to 2nd hand cig smoke being the DJ at the big niteclub in Minneapolis for 10 years, and did 14 of 24 scheduled chemo treatments until the tumor mass shrunk enough to be manageable by 4 weeks of radiation therapy.
But, just because Cancer is treatable is no reason for anyone here to try to defy the odds and keep smoking, abusing alcohol (more than 1-2 ounces per day), doing illicit street drugs, or abusing Rx drugs.
It doesn't always work out... even if you're as pretty as HDK Bill or me.
