Do 2257 laws require an ID if you're going to show women's breasts? I've got some pictures for a bisexual site I want to display on GayGeek. The guys are clothed as is the women from the waste down, but they are topless. The guys aren't tonguing their breasts or feeling them up or anything like that.
Do such pictures quality require secondary producers to maintain IDs?
