lol. Yea, I received blank empty emails. :( I just chuckled... We did an email blast the past 2 weeks (2 blasts per week). Come to find out, the software on the server was removing the images after 13 hours. All they received was a group of clickable red x's.

Okay this appears to be fixed now, seems there was an issue with the database parsing the text into the sendmail program, whatever that means [shrug] LOL
