I'm not sure how it happened but I pinched a nerve in my neck. It's getting better but for 2 days the pain was horrendous!
I still have tingling in my thumb, but World of Men continues on thanks to the great support of MyGayCash!
Have any of you had a pinched nerve before?

Sounds like you need a nice massage.
I'm sure lots of guys would line up to give you one.
If it continues to give you pain, you might want to see a chiropractor.
