YouTube now getting 35 hours video footage per minute
YouTube just released figures showing that they are now getting 35 hours of new video footage uploaded every minute! Their last statement like this was back in March, when they hit the 24 hours per minute mark.
This represents a growth in both the number of videos uploaded plus the average time (now ~15 minutes per video). YouTube also said that the average video upload size is now 2GB, and have given mobile smart phones big credit for making it easy to shoot and upload your video within seconds.
