Here's a question for the pros...
I have created a free site with four separate galleries containing 15 pics each, right.
I believe it was Bec's Blog (forgive me if I am wrong) where I read something about submitting them to a AVS/AES, correct?
If so, what AVS/AES do you recommend?
Do I submit the whole free site or just the individual gallerie pages?

A free site can actually be two galleries, though some free site link list owners may demand more images.
The short version of how to work the gallery process to your best advantage is:
1. Make a single gallery that gets submitted to the tgp's on monday, do another on tuesday, then again on wednesday and again on thursday
2. once you have 2 galleries available on Tuesday (the one you made Monday and the one you make on Tuesday) make the two pages (index with the warning stuff, then the main page with your extra upsell links and the links to the 2 galleries) that preceed the galleries and submit the url to free site linklists. Repeat this on Thursday with the wed/thurs single galleries.
3. On friday bundle up the four galleries and create an avs site and submit it.
4. Go have a beer.
5. Use the weekend to party or setup your post schedule for your blogs, paysites, etc.
6. The following Monday -- rinse and repeat.
Of course you can speed up the volume of galleries available by doing more than one per day, but you get the idea. It's also best to keep each free site and avs site in the same niche. IE: don't mix up a gallery for twinks with another one for bears.

Ok, let's go down the checklist:
These are in place (excellent by the way!)
meta keywords and description on all pages
text on index reusing the keywords
RTA meta code
alt text on banner links
warning text on iframe (or on an image)
thumbs good size
images good size and file weight is good
each gallery page is for one content set, and not mixed up
consistency in niche presented
Larger font used for ENTER -- and this is the ONLY major correction I have for you: change Enter to read Enter Gay Anal Abuse
Two other minor corrections:
You can add 3 text links onto your home.htm page across the footer. Two should go to other free sites, and the middle one should go to your "hub" site. This gets things in place to create a circle jerk with your free sites.
The other is to remove the "home, next gallery" navigation links. Make them back browser to get the link for the next gallery. It puts your ads and links of the home.htm page into their face up to 4 times instead of just once. It also saves you bandwidth as most guys don't/won't view every gallery.
For a newbie free site creator-- you've have done very well!

Thanks so much for the critique. I am printing up your suggestions as we speak so I can get them done today. I wanted to make sure I had a good template to base the rest of my freesites on. After I submit them I am going to add them to my site: gaypornfreesites.com.

Nice grab for your hub site domain name! And glad to help you ... and if you don't understand 'why' I suggest something (and that's anyone reading here too) - please ASK! You'll do much better with marketing if you understand why you do certain things to achieve results.
your thumbs in the gallery page load the full size image not a thumbnail..
I see square thumbs that go to a larger image. Can you be more specific on which gallery page (or pages) are loading full size images for the thumbs?
Oh I see what you mean. He isn't making actual thumbs -- just reducing the large image via the html.

those thumbs dont have sized thumbnails guess it doesnt matter really just load times perhaps
It would eliminate the distortion -- and as you mentioned, the load time AND the bandwidth usage would be affected. (to the positive)

Global Male Pass is still around, but they dropped their price from $23.95 to $4.95. Webmasters earn 100% of the first sale and $2.00 on rebills, so a $4.95 commission is hardly worth the time it would take to make a site.
UGAS is still around. I just submitted six galleries to them about a month ago. I got nothing out of it. I think I might have gotten two sales to my sponsor and no sales for UGAS. And surprisingly and disappointedly, the traffic I got from UGAS was pitiful.
Mancheck still sells best for me, although not the way they used to. Still they are my second biggest sponsor. Mancheck has moved away from the $19.95 yearly membership to a monthly membership, which gives webmasters more earning potential.
