Lenovo LePad and IdeaPad U1
Last year's U1 Hybrid is now a separate Android tablet called the LePad and a IdePad U1 dock that turns it into a Windows laptop.
Acer Iconia
the Iconia has two 14-inch screens, both of which are multitouch-enabled. The bottom screen can display content, a traditional QWERTY keyboard, or a variety of other control surfaces.
Sony Vaio F Series
Sony is now joining the fray with the new Vaio F series 3D laptop, a 16-inch system that makes use of both Nvidia's popular 3D Vision technology and Sony's own 3DTV system.
The Lenovo is the winner out of those for me. It makes more use of a development I still think was kind of pointless.
The whole idea of the iPad made no sense to me. Yeah, it's great in a practical way for those in a very narrow group to access data and use information on the move, but for 99.999% of the market it didn't solve any problems.
Primarily, it's good for those who use traditional hand-held systems but find them limited. But that audience is still tiny.
At least with the Lenovo it actually moves the concept into something actually usable and practical for a larger group.
