Anyone Using Netfirms for Domain Registrations?

Was wanting to know if anyone here has used, or is using, Netfirms.com as their domain registrar? ... and get some feedback on your experience with them.

I'm seeing $7.99 transfer fees and free WhoIs privacy. I did use their chat feature and had them confirm that the Privacy continues after the first year to be free, but that the domain renewal would be $11.99.

Still, that doesn't seem too high a price since it includes a bunch of different features, and I love the idea of getting WhoIs Privacy for free.
