First Amendment attorneys J. Michael Murray and Lorraine R. Baumgardner, on behalf of the Free Speech Coalition and 14 other plaintiffs, today filed an appeal of Judge Michael Baylson's ruling last July dismissing the plaintiffs' lawsuit challenging the constitutionality of 18 U.S.C. §2257, the federal recordkeeping and labeling act.
