In a report given to the California Occupational Safety and Health Standards Board today, Chief Safety Engineer Deborah Gold stated that her team was in the process of drafting proposed changes to the current California Health Code section dealing with transmission of blood borne pathogens, and that she expected to have a draft proposal ready for discussion at the next general meeting of her committee on June 7.
