I got an email this morning from a sponsor whom I wish nothing to do with due to the previous owners not paying me before skipping town. Take your pick on who it is. There are so many to choose from. :icon_biggrin:
Apparently, I signed up with their program again and didn't even have to fill out the form. Talk about spam! Pathetic. I know for a fact I didn't sign up with them again.
Is anyone else seeing things like this? I wrote them back and told them to delete the account.
yeah that kind of pisses me off too, I entered info into a particular program on the grounds that this info would be held private between me and the program I chose...then they go and share that info with another new program???
I think in my case Luke it was just a matter of reinstating my affiliate account that was stored in the database. However, when new owners took this program over - or so they say - I emailed them and told them to delete my account. This was after receiving 2 checks that bounced and every story under the sun about payment. So I just washed my hands of them.
I am now in correspondence with them and am trying to get the account closed down. Some people won't take no for an answer.

Yep, I got the same thing. I replied back with "Are you going to pay your unpaid debts or continue to screw your affiliates? If you pay up, I'll consider putting links up." (Of course I won't, you screw me once, there is no second time).Quote:
