Twitter for business stats

InboxQ has come out with a great article detailing stats on Twitter usage and how it directly affects business. After going through a series of questions about a company's Twitter presence, the article finally reveals the most important answer: 64% of Twitter users are more likely to make a purchase from a company that answers a question they ask on Twitter.
