Convert FLV to WMV?

How can someone convert a SWF or FLV file to a WMV file without losing sound and video.

Any suggestions?

Handbrake does a pretty decent job..but makes them into .mp4 files.
Any particular reason you want them to be .wmv files?

We buy homemade videos. A guy sent us a few videos of him. He sent them in nice quality FLV and SWF. Before we consider buying them, we want to find out if we can convert them to wmv or AVI, etc.

I'm using AVC to convert videos into different formats. Works great. :)
