I found another article on Cyber Monday that had these neat graphs showing how its popularity has grown. The first is the dollar spending, the second shows how it ranks over the entire year for best sales day. In 2010, Cyber Monday was THE best sales day of the year!
I'm a huge fan of shopping online. If I can get it for the same price, or cheaper, than at the local malls, why should I:
1. put additional wear and tear on my car
2. use expensive gasoline to go get it
3. waste time in long lines surrounded by rude grumpy people
4. bundle up, scape the windshield, shovel out the driveway, spin tires around and basically freeze my ass off in the winter
Much easier to just answer the door!
