From what I understand, that will exempt them from DMCA protection, so this could prove to be interesting.

XVideos is going to manually verify all existing and future content.
From what I understand, that will exempt them from DMCA protection, so this could prove to be interesting.

To do so we very much rely on the reports and knowledge of our users.
To report such a video, click on the MENU button at the bottom-right of the video player, then click the link REPORT THIS VIDEO. Select 'underage' as a reason.
Then make sure to send valuable information. Keep in mind we receive many emails and most are just a waste of our time. Considering the popularity of xvideos, in most cases someone who actually knows the person(s) in the video will communicate with us.
We do not want underage content. Think twice about uploading some!
All underage reports are forwarded to national enforcement agencies of various countries, depending on the IP address of the uploader. ********* videos get special attention. You have been warned. Do not do it.
