Pirate Site as Affiliate

There's a U.S. Based Tube site that has stolen content all over the place. They claim that it's uploaded from content producers. I highly doubt it very much. What producers or sponsor program would upload full-length videos that is clearly not their work (such as PrideBucks uploading a Treasure Island non-watermarked scene).

I'm considering on canning their affiliate account.
One time we found a group of our videos on their tube. We sent a DMCA to them, the videos were removed rather quickly.

Should I can the account? They state that they moderate highly before videos are published. I seriously do not believe this is the case if so there wouldn't be 100 of them within the first 5 pages.

What would you do?

Could you please name the site (but not with a hyperlink) so others can check for their content?

It depends what site it is, you have to weigh up pros and cons.

It's HazeCash. I think they started out with content they did not own, just to build up traffic. They seem to focus on shorter sponsor provided clips now.
