Happy Thanksgiving!

I hope that those in the US will actually take tomorrow off and enjoy the day.

I have some things I need to do tomorrow but I'm only putting a few hours in.

It is a sunny day here in Bristol, England.

So far the only mention here of Thanksgiving in the US, is a news article about some world shortage of Helium, and in light of that, why do they still have those Helium balloon characters floating in the parade.

And worker revolts at big box stores looming for next week Black Friday.

Coffee just finished brewing and the Thanksgiving Day parade starts in about half an hour. I actually cooked off most of the dinner yesterday so I could enjoy today and not be so exhausted after the fact. Turkey and dressing is done, pies are baked, veggies ready to steam .... just need to make my sourdough rolls, redskin mashed potatoes, and of course a gallon of gravy to go over all of it!
