Has anyone tried this "trick" at godaddy to get the price reduced? (read about this at slickdeals.net)
"If this does not work for you, go to the bottom right of the page. Select a different country currency, then after it refreshes, reselect US Dollar currency. This should change the price to 99 cents plus the icann fee"
never heard of that one, but I will give it a go next time. Have you tried it?
Nah..haven't had any reason to try and buy a domain, so haven't done it. But read about this on slickdeals and apparently some swear by it.
i just tried this trick to register a new domain, it did NOT work!
