3dgay.com, i haven't begun to promote it yet... do you guys think this will sell?

I didn't see much. Just one page on the tour? What I saw looked good content-wise. But I couldn't play any video previews.
The "guys" look gorgeous! I'd love to know how the videos were created? Poser?

I agree the concept is unique, similar to a gay porn video game. You have a strong point there. My recommendations would be to have some demo video's and/or a teaser interactive section where your potential members can experience the interactive features.

I'm glad to see You have a 2257 Link though I'd like to see the actual Model Release Forms with signatures ... a couple look like their being forced to perform sexual acts against their will! - LOL
