Morphing RSS Feeds

Hey everyone...

This question is really for the folks from Hunkmoney, British Bucks, etc...I noticed that you provide "Morphing RSS Feeds" and wanted to ask a stupid question.

1. How exactly does it work - and -
2. Whats the best utilization of these feeds?

I have a Wordpress Multisite consisting of my main blog and an unlimited (If I so choose) subdomain sites. I was thing I should populate those sites with the Morphing Rss Feeds.

Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
