Novice affiliate website owner

I am pretty new to the industry and have an affiliate site that I have been playing around with for a while.

It started out on a whim because I had spent many hours and months building several different sites trying to get a legitimate fitness website off the ground but was never able to get any traffic.

One day in frustration I told a bud that I was sick of trying and that I was going to build a porn site just for the hell of it. Well, I got more traffic (and have made some money) in the first few weeks than I did in all those months on the fitness site so I decided to pursue it further.

I was wondering about the "18 U.S.C 2257 Record-Keeping Compliance Statement" since my site is just an affiliate site and I don't produce any original content (maybe in the future) do I have to include this information on my site?
