Personally i like it apart from the font being used in the 'sample title text' bit.

But the again Webinc designs just plain rock so there is very rarely anything aesthetically about their designs i have ever said needed changing lol

Overall it looks good and the colors are great :)

I love the colors, the layout, the overall graphic elements, and the hi quality of the pics used ... but I am not thrilled with the text on the notepad in the header or the text in the first sub banner header... needs some work I think. It reads awkward and doesn't "grab" you for lack of another way to say it.

Hehe... I hope you're gonna slice that up a bit. lol
Looks great, though! How do you pros get your cut-out graphics to "pop" like that?
