What's wrong with some webmasters?

What the hell is wrong with some webmasters who want link/banner exchanges?

I find that some sites with whom you exchange banners/links with, that all of a sudden your link back just vanishes one day...
So, I write them and ask what happened, and hear nothing back.

Then I re-submit my url and they reject it????
After I have had them on my site for months...
Nothing has changed...I read their rules and follow them to the T

So, what the hell...this seems to happen way, way too many times with my gay sites.

I never have a problem with my straight sites

Is it just me or does this happen to anyone else too?

used to happen to my straight sites all the time back in the day. either the webmasters want free traffic or they feel you're not sending enough back to bother giving a link to.

this industry is wrought with bastards, delete them immediately and move on.

Well, I took em off the site.
I hate having extra work (not like I don't already have enough)

I'll stick to other means of getting traffic and stick to the linking partners that I know I can trust.

Well my latest one is to try and find a way to block the whole Chinese nation from accessing another porn site, anywhere. Fix those damned hotlinkers. It's not like any of us is likely to see a whole lot sales from China.

As far as the link problems, I don't get it. I mean, I don't get why people fuck around. I think they're afraid of losing traffic. I think a good webmaster embraces the whole notion of give and take. And a lot of them don't.

A lot of people think giving means losing a sale.

Too bad.
