Bandwith - FTP - Hotlinking question

who's got extra bandwith to provide free for
the purpose of my putting the pics there via
an FTP - for using in my posts on GWW
and you can put some sort of hotlinking script
in there so the only url that can view the pics
would be the GWW url - a person would actually
have to be ON the GWW site reading the post
to see the pic... etc...
