not sure what you mean by archives for link lists but Just Us Boys keeps all sites in the index provided they don't forward to something else after a while.
and i know we have lots of traffic 'cause they servers have already crashed a couple times :)
same thing with Billy's links im not sure about traffic numbers but i know it does something like 13-14GB daily
