Ouch, VISA International refused Morgan Stanley access to the network in europe because they run Discover in the US

This isnt the first time Visa has been slapped by the European Union for such practises.

What is unfortunate is that even after they get fined, the amounts that are being imposed on them, in the grand scale of things, amount to nothing more than pocket change :(
