I tried to check but that page atttempted to download some garbage when the page opened up so I shut it fast.

That webmaster has his computers page table set to Thai language and thus the html encoding is set for it also. What the page tries to download is the Thai language support from Microsoft. It is safe to download. However you can just click on the NO to download and the page will load normally.

Posting webmaster, you should set your language page to English when creating html pages for English surfers. Use Thai language support only on Thai language websites. Safes a lot of hassle and thousands of people clicking off the page like the last poster stated. You are losing thousands in potential buying traffic.
