Jasun goes to LA

So I've booked my annual trip to LA today. I can't wait. I'm going the last week of September. I'm gonna look into renting a bike for the week, and Don and I are gonna terrorize the poor innocent Citizens of Hollywood.

I'm thinking that this time I should try not to get arrested. That strip search the LAPD hands out isn't nearly as fun as it looks.

OR, at least I think it was the LAPD.... although I'm not sure how a video of my arrest wound up on bearbound.com.

hmm. maybe I should have asked to see a badge.

if you are planning on renting a bike I sure hope you have some big city riding experience

Yeah, I live in downtown Toronto and I bike to work every day, right through the business district. I've been to LA, and yes, people are psychotic drivers there, but they're actually better than the average driver in Toronto... i'm sure I'll be fine. I probably won't get out on the freeway too much.
