Where to submit press releases?

Does anyone have a list already, or know of a place that does..

We usually hit around 10 places for adult related press releases.

We also post it on http://www.spamboards.com and use the Xbiz newscaster although to be honest, the newscaster is somewhat of a hit or miss.
