Anyone know of any good mainstream CPM affiliate programs?
Im looking for something that pays out roughly $3-$4 per thousand impressions and they should only use banners or buttons (no pop-ups).
If you happen to know of any programs like this that are suitable for a NON ADULT audience please post a link and / or a referral code in this thread.
