Installing GD/Freetype

Ok Im so clueless on how to installd GD and Freetype support, it's not even funny

Can anyone with a clue tell me what the command to install GD/Freetype is

I know about ./configure but it tells me no such directory

Im lost

The info at the bottom indicates that in Apache you need to edit the httpd.conf file by adding AddType application/x-httpd-php .php along with any other settings you want and the document directory.

I solved the problem by updating apache from WHM and ticking GD with Freetype
