Hey all,
I used to work for this guy. He owned on of Toronto's oldest gay bars, the Barn. Didn't know him very well, but it's still a shocker when something like this happens in your neighbourhood.

How horrible. I'm so sorry to hear about this. :(
the part that makes me scared is that he had said he was being shaken down for prtection money.
That's horrid! Hmmm I wonder if my friends here who used to have restraunts in Toronto know him?... I'll have to ask them.
